Denise Lambert, Esquire
Denise L. Lambert is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Florida International University with a major in Political Science with a minor in International Relations. During her studies at FIU, she also obtained a Certificate in Latin American Studies, Cuban American Studies, and Citizenship and US Policy Studies. Ms. Lambert attending Florida International University College of Law as one of the founding class members. Ms. Lambert was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007 and is also a member of the Bars of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the Bankruptcy Division of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is currently a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and the FIUCOL Alumni Association Dean’s Circle. She is fluent in Spanish and French; as well as conversational in Portuguese and Haitian Creole.
Ms. Lambert has a broad range of practice areas including chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy, represents condominium and homeowner association’s board of directors; she also represents unit owners against their COA or HOA. Ms. Lambert has extensive knowledge of both Chapter 718 and 720. She also has experience in insurance policy coverage disputes includes not only automobile policies, but homeowner’s and life insurance policies as well; has handled many first party insurance cases representing insured’s against their insurance companies in all types of cases ranging from comprehensive and collision denials, theft, fire, disability, as well a focus on homeowner cases.
Julio De Armas, Esquire
Julio A. de Armas, is a Miami-Dade native who practices mainly civil litigation, commercial litigation, and bankruptcy. Julio is licensed to practice law both in Florida and New York. Julio also practices bankruptcy in the Federal District Courts for the Southern District of Florida and the Middle District of Florida. In addition, Julio practices civil and commercial litigation throughout the state.
Julio handles most forms of litigation including contractual disputes, real estate litigation, first and third party insurance claims. Julio also handles corporate law representation and commercial.
Julio formerly worked at a local firm on civil litigation, commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. These cases included but were in no way limited to contractual disputes, commercial eviction, foreclosure, debt defense, and collections.
Julio graduated with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Florida International University and later received his juris doctorate degree from Albany Law School in New York. Julio is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. Julio is active in the community as member of the Saint John Newman men’s club.
